What is annie's edibles? annie's edibles is LA's most exclusive fresh food delivery service. annie's edibles is not a diet; it is a complete dining experience, and new way of life. Whether you are interested in weight loss, weight management or you have a busy lifestyle and are looking for a convenient, healthy way of eating; annie's edibles can fulfill all your needs and help you achieve your goals.
What results can I expect from annie's edibles? Your results will depend on which program you choose and your level commitment. Remember, at annie's edibles, it is all about YOU!! We will be there every step of the way.
What if I have diabetes? annie's edibles has many clients with diabetes and helps to maintain proper insulin levels. There are several of our programs that are safe and very beneficial for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. By sticking with annie's edibles, you could greatly reduce your insulin dosage and lead a healthier, better quality of life.
What if I have high cholesterol? High cholesterol is the number one cause of heart related traumas and a result of obesity. High cholesterol is a result of eating foods high in cholesterol. annie's edibles offers an alternative to foods high in saturated fats and offers lean proteins as well as fresh fruits, vegetables and grains.
Should I speak to my doctor? Yes. Speak to your doctor and find out what diet plan works best for you. We will be happy to accommodate your dietary needs or consult with your doctor directly. Our educated staff is more than prepared to answer any questions regarding our plans in accordance with your health.
What if I go on vacation and need to take time off? By all means…everyone needs a break now and then. Just give us a call and let us know 48 hours in advance. Please keep in mind that we can also ship anywhere in the continental United States. The extra days will then be added when you return or will be credited back to you for a full refund. We will do our best to accommodate you. There are no long term commitments. If you just want breakfast, lunch or dinner or any variations thereof we will make sure you get just what you need.
What if I am allergic or dislike a particular food? Your preferences are our job. If you don't like it, you won't get it. If you have a true food allergy, please make sure that we are aware of the issue. We do not take issues like allergies lightly; we will design and personalize your program to suit your preferences. Please be sure to take the opportunity to let us know what your needs are, so that we may design a program specifically for you.
What if I go out to dinner? It's simple, just skip the appropriate meal from your daily delivery and be sure to order a favorable meal from the restaurant or if you want take your annie's edibles with you!
What do I do with the empty bags and gel packs? It's simple; just leave your empty bag, including ice packs, outside your door. If you should forget, just leave both bags out the following evening. Unreturned bags will result in a $25.00 service charge. Bags are tracked on an ongoing basis.
How do I heat the food? annie's edibles recommends that for the best in enjoyment and presentation, that you remove the food and place it on a plate before microwaving it for 2-3 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave. Please do not eat your food out of a container unless you absolutely have to. It is much more satisfying to see your food on a plate. If you don't have the time or convenience to do so, then we recommend that you microwave the food gently for 2-3 minutes.
Do you have a cancellation policy? We require a 48-hour notice prior to cancellation and you will be completely refunded for any unused portion. We work off of your calendar and will maintain it for you.
